It was the correct battery for my Olympus camera and it is the authentic Olympus brand. Some sites try to fool consumers by stating they are selling an Olympus battery, but it is really their own brand. I found that the authentic Olympus battery lasts longer than a different brand that I tried. The reason why I needed to purchase this battery.

Battery arrived in short order. Looks like it will be a good upgrade to the LI-10B it replaces, but it did take two initial charges to get the full battery capacity.

This is a genuine Olympus battery. People sell in EBAY says genuine, but they are all fake China made battery.
I recommend to buy this battery. But it is pricey I would say. Atleast 10 doller is high.
