Just about as quickly as it takes to get the Olympus FE-120 out of the box, you’ll be showing off pictures that will impress friends and family, thanks to the camera’s 6.0 million pixels, 12x total zoom, Olympus precision-crafted lenses, and Olympus’ TruePic TURBO image processor.

The camera features a built-in Help Guide that includes in-camera descriptions and tips that help you choose the ideal setting for each situation and purpose, with no stopping to consult the manual. To access any of the 19 pre-set automated scene options — including Portrait, Sports, Landscape, Night Scene, Beach, Snow, Candle, Fireworks, Indoor, and Sunset — simply turn the dial on the back of the camera. You can even shoot short movies. And when it’s time to print, the camera couldn’t make it easier. Being PictBridge compatible, your images can be quickly and easily printed directly on any Pict-Bridge compatible printer, without needing to connect to your computer.

The 12x total zoom (3x optical and 4x digital) provides a 38-114 millimeter zoom equivalent in 35mm photography. The FE-120 includes 14 MB internal memory and comes with a 32 MB xD-Picture Card. Also included is Olympus Master Software, which provides the ultimate in digital imaging management for both PC and Mac users. An intuitive user interface makes downloading to your computer quick and simple. Images are searchable by date or keyword in the Calendar View, and online support, templates, and other user services are just a click away.
