1 Stars I’ve been ripped off!
I received this product in working order and then packaged it up again and gave it as a gift. The recipient could not view photos from USB drive and there was one pixel that remained lighted with the same color at all times. Called Tricod and got an RMA number. Sent to them via FedEx. They received it on 7/22/09. They have not responded to my many emails and I can’t get through to them via phone. Today is 8/19/09 and I do not have the product and I do not have my money. I gave them [...] and I have nothing to show for it. Do not purchase from these people.

Great picture size and clarity. Easy to set up and use. Sound is loud and clear. Excellent product, very happy with purchase.
4 Stars Looks great, but no randomness as far as the ordering of the pictures
When I read the reviews on Amazon I thought I had read that the picture order gets randomized, but it does not! What it does randomize is the picture transitions (fade to next picture, drop in top to bottom, etc.).
The picture quality is great! And it seems to have no problem with any picture I’ve thrown at it so far (just using built in memory).
3 Stars Picture Frame review
The frame was nice and big, just what we were wanting. The only problem with the frame is that the directions were worthless and could have been written in greek for all they were worth. It was by trial and error that I finally got pictures downloaded. Also the card recommended for the camera did not fit my camera so had to use a flash drive and an adapter since the frame had too small of plug-ins, etc.
2 Stars Good for photos but Video doesn’t work
The unit was easy enough to load with photos and it did a nice job of displaying them. However when it comes to video it is a different story. Have tried every format they “say” works to no avail. So if you want to display any video - this is not the unit for you.
