The product came the last day of the Amazon`s estimation date (I want it as a gift for the Christmas days), but the product was in excellent condition.

Looks good and a good value. Everything worked as promoted. Set up was easy and the picture display options are nice.
1 Stars Product came defective, Phillips knew it
I ordered this frame because it looked like it was well made and was a quality item for the price. However, the frame came defective, just a software issue, but still defective. When I called Phillips they told me immediately it was defective and that most of these frames were have this problem. They shipped me a new one and didn’t want the old one back. The frame just came 3 weeks later.
4 Stars Almost perfect - works well with Win, but not Mac.
I like this frame.
After significant online research, I selected this product because of it’s high resolution and understated good looks. It was also on sale (always a plus), but I actually paid more for this unit than I needed to. Other (lower resolution) units on the market sell for less than half the price of this one.
Initial use uploading images with a Windows PC was easy and without error. When using a Mac, however, my experiences changed quickly. The problems seem to be associated with copying jpeg images from a Mac to the frame directly (not to a flash memory card) with the supplied USB cable. After the Mac reports that the copy is completed, the frame still shows a warning message to wait for the copy to complete before unplugging the USB cable. After waiting several minutes more, unplugging the USB cable from the frame yields a message something like “3 of 32 images uploaded.” The provided documentation is poorly written and the provided CDROM does not work with Mac either.
5 Stars Good quality frame with lots of feature
I bought this frame because it was one of the only ones I could find that had a good-looking, stylish frame, instead of a cheap-looking black plastic or wood. It costs a little more than some of the others out there, but pictures look great and there are tons of features (I like the ability to automatically turn it on and off on designated times and days).
