4 Stars GREAT FOR DIGITAL DUMMIES
I am a 57 year old digital challanged dummie and even I can operate this Pandigital Picture Frame.
My husband and I travel often to far and exoctic places and both go armed with cameras. This is a wonderful way to avoid endless boxes of “slides” and or pictures developed at the local drugstore.
The instruction manual is well written and easy to understand.

I bought this for my husband for his birthday. It is a great frame with a beautiful picture. For the most part it is easy to use, but we still haven’t figured out how to put videos on it.
1 Stars Warning, do not buy this item!
My husband purchased this item for me as a Christmas gift last November. I was able to easily set it up. It was great for about 2 months, then the screen turned to a yellowish green color and the picture was unreadable.
I called pandigital and they informed me they would do nothing for me because their manufacturers warranty was only for 3 months. I missed that by a week.
What kind of product only warranty’s 3 months, unless they know it won’t last much longer than that. It also sat in our house for a month before I even knew about it because it was a Christmas gift. They didn’t care about that either.
I would definately not recommend this product to anyone unless pandigital improves their warranty and customer service.

I got this as a Christmas gift last year (07). The frame works great, uploads pictures and you can use the remote to navigate as far as rotation or color. The only downside is the charger. It’s somewhat balky but if you have space to hide it, then it’s not a big deal.

Worked fine for the first 8 months then went to nothing but colored lines. Phone number in instructions is invalid and warranty is only for 90 days.
